Last Blog Post

I'm finally here... What am I going to do with this blog after this?
I'm still working on my essay, but I just spent maybe 2-3 hours talking to my friend about a bunch of different things. My parents keep telling me to do my homework, but right now I'm still video chatting with her while I'm writing this post. I still have a little bit left for my essay, but I feel like my writing has downgraded throughout the whole paper.

This semester has been fun. I loved going to your class, other than the fact that it was in the morning- I liked writing these posts too, even though sometimes I couldn't get the motivation to write. A lot was poured into these posts and I don't want to just leave this blog after this, but what else can I do with it? I guess it's time for me to let it go~ <- no that was not supposed to be a Frozen reference :|
I hope you have fun with your job at that other school :) If you actually do decide to teach here online, I'll definitely take your class :)

Stress

I'm not really stressing out, but my friend and I want to watch an Korean award show together that's going to start tomorrow at 6am. If I want to be able to watch it live, I have to haul ass now and finish this paper, but I still have dance class to go to in about an hour and I'm not sure if I can finish this because I have no idea how to write these counterarguments. I don't know how to make them sound interesting or what evidence I can use in them. My sister is here cracking up to whatever videos she's watching and I'm here nfrebuievfoehfof
I'll go work on it now-

Reaction Videos

I was going to continue writing, but when I went to YouTube to find some inspiration, I started watching reaction videos again- I watched maybe 10 videos just now and I have no idea what I'm doing with my life.
I have a few more paragraphs left for my essay. I actually only started on Sunday, but I had everything planned out for a couple weeks now. It takes forever for me to actually start it because I'm never sure on how to start. It's always the introduction and the conclusion that get me. Once I actually started, it got easier and everything just kind of flowed out. I'm going to start on my counterarguments, but I need a little more research to get there. I need to find some food first because I haven't eaten since 11:00 and I'm craving something to munch on-

BTS

So BTS released a new music video a few days ago. I watched it a couple days ago, but it's still in my mind. I'm going to use this space to kind of rant I guess.
So this new album is a part 2 of their album released earlier this year. That music video released with part 1 was so confusing and everyone immediately started coming up with theories. A lot of people believed that there would be a second music video to explain it because we were all confused af. They did come out with another music video I think a couple weeks or so after that, but it was just for their follow up song that they were promoting so no real continuation in the storyline. Anyways, people were still waiting for it when they released a "prologue," which continued with the story, but only confused us more. During their concert, there was a video that, again, continued, but didn't explain, the story.
AND NOW, part 2 is out and we finally have the other music video that we were hoping would explain what happened in the first one. Can I just say that the sadness that I felt with the first music video was multiplied x100, yet I'm still confused af. There's just so much going on and I can't wrap my head around it. All these videos were released with the same story, but not in chronological order and all of them had scenes changes and the past mixed with present and there was just no explanation everywhere. Instead of getting the explanation we were all hoping for, we're back to coming up with theories and looking for answers. What the heck are we supposed to do with this?? It did nothing but play with out feels :(

Thanksgiving

Maybe it's silly to be writing about a day where I didn't do much, but I need the posts now- Basically it was like any other day, except my parents were home because they closed the restaurant for the day. I slept in pretty late and then got up to eat. My mom wanted me to bake a cake that day. It turned out okay, though baking is so hard in this little apartment. We used to have a pretty big kitchen in our old house, had an island and everything, so I had plenty of space. Here, I have to make everything on our small table in the dining room and run back and forth between the dining room and the kitchen to get stuff. It's sooooo frustrating. And it makes a mess too- I hate it A LOT.
That's literally all I did that day. My aunt and cousin's from my dad's side kept asking us to go with them out to eat. It would be a 2 hour drive to get up there to Maryland/northern Virginia. None of us really wanted to go. I've spent almost my whole life hanging out with people from my dad's side, yet I still don't like them as much as the people from my mom's side. The people from my mom's side are all generally nice and we have a very good relationship with all of them, but we can't stand the people from my dad's side. My dad's family all have a bad relationship with each other. They're always arguing, mainly about money. My oldest uncle is the absolute worst. He owns many restaurants and has a lot of money, so he always brags about it. His daughters.... I wouldn't say they brag a lot, but they're very gossipy and judgmental. My sister and I used to have a very good relationship with them, we used to hang out all the time and we grew up together, but we never talk to them now. I would say our relationship is still pretty good, nothing has happened for us to noticeably hate each other, we just became distant. We just don't talk to them anymore. We grew up and have different interests now so we don't bond anymore. I always say that I grew up like this because of them.
When I lived in China with my mom's side of the family, they were already here in the US, so I didn't know them. I lived there from when I was a few months old until I was 4. The only other kid in the house at the time was my older cousin. I was the only girl so my grandparents and my aunt babied me a lot. I always got what I want and apparently I talked a lot. I started school when I was 2, though it was pretty much just day care for me, I was pretty bossy towards the other kids, or at least that's what my mom told me.
When I came here to the US, I spent a lot of time with my oldest uncle's daughters. They were very outgoing and spoke very well, and there were three of them. I always followed along, never really saying anything. That's why I think I'm so shy and reserved now. Of course, there are many other things that contribute to it, but that seems like the main reason.
This blog post was way longer than it was supposed to be, but there's the story of my life :)

Watch2gether

For the past few weeks, my friend and I have been using this website to watch videos together. It's useful because we're both soooo behind on music videos so we get to watch them together this way. I think we spent maybe 10 hours each week just watching random videos. We haven't done it recently because...I actually don't know why. We just haven't had time or there's nothing really to watch. We have video chatted and talked to each other though. She says she'll be coming during the winter to hang out :) I haven't seen her since she came here for my graduation in June. I still have half of her birthday present to give her and her <3 day present. It sounds weird, but we actually have a <3 day. I don't know, I think I was sitting around and suddenly thought of it last year. It's the date exactly in between our birthdays :)

I Messed Up-

So I though I had 38 posts, but apparently I only had 33 so now I'm sitting here the day before it's due like "WTF AM I SUPPOSED TO WRITE ABOUT???" I don't know, maybe I'll think of something as I'm writing.
The semester's ending, but it doesn't feel real. This semester went by sooooo quickly. It was pretty fun, but I wish I took up more classes. I only had 4 in total, so I felt like a lot of time was wasted. But it's okay, I'll try to make it up. I'm taking classes over the summer to make up for this coming spring semester that I won't be taking classes. My recruiter finally gave me the date that I'll be shipping out for boot camp, January 26. I'm not ready :( I'm scared, yet I feel like I'll be fine. Maybe that's just wishful thinking, but I'm hoping I can get through it.
I'm going to leave this post off at that so I can write more :)
